How to Ship

1. Under normal circumstances, factory delivery is the default. Customers arrange their own freight company to load the machine in the warehouse

2. If the customer needs FOB delivery, please explain in advance. After negotiating the freight, our company can provide trailer service to ship the machine to the customer’s designated port.

3. If the customer needs CIF delivery, please explain in advance, confirm the price, load the truck to transport the machine to the terminal, and ship the container to the customer’s country.

4. Inquiry – quotation – communication – order confirmation – deposit payment – testing and debugging – balance payment – packaging – delivery – customer reception – after-sales service.

Inspection and Testing

1. Our company will regularly debug and check the machine to ensure that the machine is always in good condition

2. After the customer pays the deposit, our company will debug the machine so that the machine is in good condition. Before loading, we will video chat with the customer and start the machine at the same time to show the running state, and confirm with the customer that the machine is in good condition and the quality is reliable, and then load and transport

3. If customers have friends in China, they can arrange them to come to our company’s warehouse for on-site inspection. Our company will arrange engineers to show the running state of the machine on site to ensure that the machine ordered by the customer is in good condition, and then pay for the machine.
